Service is an essential value for Twinner Ski Rental!
Online, you can access additional services providing you with a relaxing stay: a "Multiglisse" option for changing your gear during your stay, a "Multidate" option for renting some of your equipment for less time than the rest, an upper limit on rates for children’s packs and a helmet for 1 euro a day offer to protect your kids, a "theft and breakage" guarantee for your equipment in case of accidents and a "cancellation" guarantee if ever you unfortunately need to cancel your stay.
Multiglisse option: suit your mood
You want to try out other types of equipment during your stay to suit the snow cover or your mood?!
This option is for you! For only 15 euros extra per equipment, you can swap one sort of gear for another from the same category as that originally rented or you can downgrade. You can swap once a day depending on availability in the shop.
Multidate option: flexible dates
Your kids want to ski all week but you’ve planned to do other activities during your stay?!
Don’t worry about making several bookings, our Multidate option lets you include equipment rented out for different lengths of time in the same booking! The price is calculated according to the number of consecutive days booked.
Helmet for 1€ per day: protect your kids
Think about your children’s safety.
Hire a junior helmet for 1 euro a day (offer lasting all season for a week’s rental of a baby, junior or youth pack).
Children’s discount: enjoyment as a family
Twinner Ski Rental guarantees you the fairest children’s rates in all our resorts:
39 euros max. for the baby pack (under 6), 49 euros max. for the junior pack (under 12) and 69 euros max. for the youth pack (under 15) for a week’s rental period.
Theft and breakage cover
Ski carefree! Your equipment is insured for mishaps for 1 or 2 € a day depending on the equipment. If you don’t select this option online, it will be offered to you again in the shop. Please refer to the ‘General Rental Terms’.
Cancellation guarantee
Your ski holiday may be cancelled? For only 2 €, our holiday cancellation guarantee means your deposit is reimbursed in full for all rented equipment right up until the eve of your departure!
